class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I-129\u8868\u683c\u662f\u7531\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\uff08\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\/\u96c7\u4e3b\uff09\u4ee3\u8868\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u8ba9\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u4ee5H-1B\u3001H-1C\u3001H-2A\u3001H-2B\u3001H-3\u3001L-1\u3001O-1\u3001O-2\u3001P-1\u3001P-1S\u3001P-2\u3001P-2S\u3001P-3\u3001P-3S\u3001Q-1\u6216R-1\u975e\u79fb\u6c11\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u4e34\u65f6\u8fdb\u5165\u7f8e\u56fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u52b3\u52a8\u6216\u63a5\u53d7\u57f9\u8bad\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u4e3a\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u7533\u8bf7\u5ef6\u957fE-1\u3001E-2\u3001E-3\u3001H-1B1\u6216TN\u8eab\u4efd\u7684\u505c\u7559\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u6216\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7c7b\u522b\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I-129\u8868\u683c\u5fc5\u987b\u7531\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\/\u96c7\u4e3b\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u7531\u5916\u56fd\u96c7\u5458\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u96c7\u4f63offer\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9664\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u548c\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09\uff0c\u5916\u56fd\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u5728\u524d\u5f80\u7f8e\u56fd\u65f6\u5e94\u643a\u5e26\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p><p> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>USCIS\u7684I-797\u8868\u683c\u6279\u51c6\u901a\u77e5\uff1b\u6216<\/li> <li>\u6279\u51c6\u7684I-129S\u8868\u683c\u526f\u672c\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5916\u56fd\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u5e94\u5728\u4ee5\u6279\u51c6\u7684I-129\u7533\u8bf7\u5c31\u4e1a\u7c7b\u522b\u5bfb\u6c42\u8fdb\u5165\u6216\u91cd\u65b0\u8fdb\u5165\u7f8e\u56fd\u65f6\uff0c\u5411\u6d77\u5173\u548c\u8fb9\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c40\uff08CBP\uff09\u51fa\u793a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a\u7533\u8bf7\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff0c\u5916\u56fd\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u6301\u6709\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u975e\u79fb\u6c11\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff08\u5982\u9700\u8981\uff09\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u7533\u8bf7\u8fdb\u5165\u7f8e\u56fd\u3002<\/p><p> class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u6301\u6709\u6279\u51c6\u7684I-129\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u88ab\u5141\u8bb8\u8fdb\u5165\u7f8e\u56fd\u65f6\uff0cCBP\u4f1a\u6388\u4e88\u5916\u56fd\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u4e00\u4e2a\u505c\u7559\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u8be5\u671f\u9650\u8bb0\u5f55\u5728I-94\u8868\u683c\u4e0a\u6216\u62a4\u7167\/\u65c5\u884c\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u6ce8\u660e\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679cI-94\u8868\u683c\u4e0a\u7684\u5230\u671f\u65e5\u671f\u65e9\u4e8eI-129\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u6709\u6548\u671f\uff08\u5982I-797\u6279\u51c6\u901a\u77e5\u6240\u793a\uff09\uff0c\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u5728I-94\u8868\u683c\u4e0a\u7684\u5230\u671f\u65e5\u671f\u6216\u62a4\u7167\/\u65c5\u884c\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u6ce8\u660e\u7684\u65e5\u671f\u4e4b\u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e8b\u9879\u4e4b\u4e00\uff1a<\/p><p> <\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\"><li>\u4ee3\u8868\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528I-129\u8868\u683c\u63d0\u4ea4\u5ef6\u957f\u505c\u7559\u671f\u9650\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\uff1b\u6216<\/li> <li>\u63d0\u4ea4\u5141\u8bb8\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u7559\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u79fb\u6c11\u798f\u5229\u7533\u8bf7\uff1b\u6216<\/li> <li>\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u79bb\u5f00\u7f8e\u56fd\u3002<\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><p
