class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong><\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u7f8e\u56fd\u96c7\u4e3b\u5e0c\u671b\u6c38\u4e45\u96c7\u4f63\u5916\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u65f6\uff0c\u7535\u5b50\u5ba1\u67e5\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08PERM\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u52b3\u5de5\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u662f\uff08\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5e76\u975e\u603b\u662f\uff09\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u83b7\u5f97\u804c\u4e1a\u79fb\u6c11\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002PERM \u662f\u96c7\u4e3b\u8bc1\u660e\u6ca1\u6709\u5408\u683c\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u80dc\u4efb\u8be5\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e3a\u5916\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u63d0\u4ea4\u79fb\u6c11\u7533\u8bf7\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\u9996\u5148\u5411\u52b3\u5de5\u90e8\uff08DOL\uff09\u6ce8\u518c\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u52b3\u5de5\u90e8\u5fc5\u987b\u5411 USCIS \u8bc1\u660e\u6ca1\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u5408\u683c\u4e14\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u63a5\u53d7\u4ee5\u73b0\u884c\u5de5\u8d44\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed9\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u96c7\u4f63\u5916\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bf9\u7c7b\u4f3c\u53d7\u96c7\u7f8e\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6761\u4ef6\u4ea7\u751f\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/strong><\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PERM \u6d41\u7a0b\u8981\u6c42\u62c5\u4fdd\u96c7\u4e3b\u6309\u7167 DOL \u6cd5\u89c4\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u62db\u8058\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u4e4b\u524d\u6d4b\u8bd5\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u62db\u8058\u52aa\u529b\u672a\u80fd\u53d1\u73b0\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u3001\u5408\u683c\u4e14\u613f\u610f\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u586b\u8865\u8be5\u804c\u4f4d\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4ea4 PERM \u52b3\u5de5\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u6b64\u7c7b\u63d0\u4ea4\u524d\u7684\u62db\u8058\u6d3b\u52a8\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u65f6\u95f4\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u901a\u8fc7\u5404\u79cd\u5a92\u4f53\u53d1\u5e03\u804c\u4f4d\u5e7f\u544a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8bc4\u4f30\u6c42\u804c\u8005\u7684\u8d44\u683c\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\u62c5\u4efb\u6559\u5b66\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9002\u7528\u7b80\u5316\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u5904\u7406\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\uff08\u800c\u975e\u5458\u5de5\uff09\u5fc5\u987b\u652f\u4ed8\u6240\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u62db\u8058\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5904\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\uff1a<\/strong><\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4 ETA 9089 \u8868\u683c\u65f6\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u65e0\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\u652f\u6301\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u4e00\u65e6 PERM \u52b3\u5de5\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0cDOL \u5c06\u5f00\u59cb\u5904\u7406\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u5982\u679c DOL \u65e2\u672a\u53d1\u73b0\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u62db\u8058\u52aa\u529b\u5b58\u5728\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e5f\u672a\u53d1\u73b0\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u683c\u4e14\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u6279\u51c6 PERM \u52b3\u5de5\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cDOL \u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u65f6\u5019\u968f\u673a\u6216\u6000\u7591\u6709\u6b3a\u8bc8\u884c\u4e3a\u65f6\u5bf9\u4efb\u4f55\u7533\u8bf7\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u8ba1\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\u5411 DOL \u63d0\u4f9b\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684 ETA 9089 \u8868\u683c\u526f\u672c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u652f\u6301\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u526f\u672c\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u96c7\u4e3b\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u63d0\u4ea4\u524d\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u62db\u8058\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u5728\u5ba1\u8ba1\u6848\u4ef6\u540e\uff0cDOL \u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6279\u51c6\u52b3\u5de5\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u3001\u62d2\u7edd\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u6216\u8981\u6c42\u96c7\u4e3b\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u5f7b\u5e95\u548c\u53d7\u76d1\u63a7\u7684\u62db\u8058\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<\/p><p>
